Rula is a psychic whom Elaine Benes and George Costanza go to see in Season Three’s "The Suicide". She tells George to cancel his trip to the Cayman Islands, but soon after she kicks him and Elaine out when Elaine reprimands her for smoking while pregnant. She later gives birth in the episode.
