Michael “Mike” McShane is an American actor and comedian who portrayed Franklin Delano Romanowski (FDR) on Seinfeld; he appeared in "The Betrayal" and "The Wizard". Michael has appeared in a number of other films and television programs such as Office Space, King of the Hill, Malcolm in the Middle, A Bug's Life (along with Julia Louis-Dreyfus who played Elaine and Brad Garrett who played Tony in the Bottle Deposit), Frasier and many more.
