Melinda McGraw is an actress. Born in Cyprus, she grew up in the Boston area. Melinda only appeared once, in “The Good Samaritan”. She was Angela, the hit-and-run driver whom Jerry Seinfeld dated (and who threatened Jerry if he reported her to the police).
