Tom is the super of Elaine Benes' apartment building. He is played by Thom Barry. He appears twice in Season Seven: "The Hot Tub" and "The Soup Nazi". In "The Hot Tub", he chastises Elaine's friend Jean-Paul for harassing him and his tenants. In "The Soup Nazi", he doesn't let Elaine move her new armoire into the building because no moving is allowed on Sundays. As a result of this rule, Tom is (in a way) responsible for the theft of the armoire. However, Bob and Cedric are the ones who actually steal the armoire. He was not seen again after that episode as he was presumably fired, and replaced by another superintendent after the theft of armoire.
