Sylvia works at the store where George and Jerry get George's parents' coffee table refinished in "The Cigar Store Indian". George manages to impress her by pretending his parents' house is his own and they start dating. However, Sylvia later breaks up with him after Estelle reveals to her who George really is.
Sylvia was portrayed by Carissa Channing, who previously portrayed Goochi, Kramer's girlfriend in Season Three's "The Keys".
