Ellen was a character Jerry Seinfeld dated on the television show Seinfeld. She only appeared once, in "The Van Buren Boys".

Jerry thinks Ellen is perfect in every way, until he notices that she doesn't seem to have any friends; he gains fears that she may be a loser. Even Kramer and George pick up on it immediately, going so far as to even call her a loser themselves. Jerry flew his parents in to meet her, so he could find out what they think of her. When his mother and father rave about her, noting how "perfect" she is, Jerry realizes that he needs to break up with her, his reasons being that if they like her so much, there must be something wrong with her. Ellen was portrayed by Christine Taylor.
