Del Boca Vista is a fictional condominium complex in Florida.
History
Del Boca Vista is a retirement condiminum complex where Jerry's parents Morty and Helen reside. It even has its own newspaper business called the Boca Breeze.
Morty serves as president of the Condo Association for a period of time, before being impeached in "The Cadillac, Part 2" upon Mabel Choate remembering that Jerry was the one who mugged her for her marble rye. As a result of Morty's impeachment, Herb swars in the vice-condo president Jack Klompus as the new condo president. Following his impeachment, Morty and Helen leave the condo in a scene spoofing Nixon leaving the White House.
They move to a different condo in Del Boca Vista phase III as seen in in "The Shower Head." In "The Wizard," Kramer temporarily retires after having his coffee table book about coffee tables optioned for a movie. Morty decides that Kramer should be elected condo board president, so that Morty can run things from behind the scenes, like a "puppet regime".
