David Lukner is the husband of Beth Lukner. He sells insurance. He was portrayed by British actor Cary Elwes. His lone appearance came in Season Seven’s The Wait Out. He took extreme exception to a remark that George Costanza made about him and Beth; he made that same remark when he and Elaine Benes saw George with Susan Ross. Cary Elwes briefly came out of character when he, in his natural British accent, mentioned David and Beth’s third anniversary. However, Cary quickly returned to character. Ultimately, David and Beth reconciled.
