Brian Reddy played Dan, the High Talker, in The Pledge Drive.
Dan, The High Talker, is a minor Seinfeld character portrayed by Brian Reddy. He dates Elaine’s friend Noreen in The Pledge Drive, his only appearance. He has an unusually high-pitched voice which leads Elaine to think that she is talking to Noreen, and therefore accuses “her” of flirting with Jerry. Needless to say, this isn’t Brian Reddy’s real voice. It is that of a voice-over actress.
